”We are researchers, but we are also humans”: Creating a design space for managing graduate student stress

Graduate students are facing a mental health crisis due to combination of individual, community, and societal factors. Many existing stress management interventions engage with one factor at time, typically focusing on providing user data about their state. We conducted co-design workshops graduate who work closely together explore strategies for managing learn what types technologies they envision help address stress.
